MAGNIJOBS offers a health care training program for senior care workers. Applicants undergo 35 learning modules with NCFE and SKILLS FOR CARE accreditation. Applicants must view seminars on life in the UK, Carer task 1, Carer task 2, and Pre-interview preparation. The learning modules will feature a certificate for completing the training.
The 35 modules were chosen to be part of the program because they all feature essential skills for senior caretakers and thus they ensure that candidates gain the necessary knowledge and skills.
The seminar on life in the UK will give foreign applicants the skills needed to adapt successfully to life in the UK, including what to do once they arrive, what to expect, how to deal with every situation, opportunity, etc. so that the applicant is able to adapt smoothly to immigrating to the UK.
In the Carer Task 1 seminar, the applicant will learn the routine of working as a senior caretaker for a nursing home or nurse auxiliary for NHS, as well as the routine in a 24-hour life of a senior caretaker. The purpose of this seminar is to help the applicant adapt to their job and make perform better with fewer mistakes.
In the Carer Task 2 seminar, the applicant will learn about the actions to take in unpredictable scenarios. These different scenarios all help the candidate apply the material learned during the program.
Lastly, the Seminar on Pre-interview preparation, the applicant will learn more additional realistic scenarios based on actual experiences, as well as receive a recap of the entire program.
These seminars give the applicant a greater chance to pass the interview and adapt to life in the UK.
