We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal, limited, revocable license to use the App for the purpose of gaining employment with one of our clients. Any other use of the App is strictly prohibited. We reserve all rights in and to the App, and we reserve the right to revoke this license at any time, in our sole discretion.

You may nor rent, lease, sub-license, or translate the App in any way, and may not make any alterations to or modifications of the whole or any part of the App, or permit the App or any part if it is to be combined with or become incorporated in, any other programs.

You agree not to use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful, or criminal purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms, and not to use the App to record, post, or transmit any information that is defamatory, threatening, abusive, offensive, obscene, indecent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, impair, or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users, or restrict or inhibit any other users from using the App, and you agree not to collect or harvest any information or data from the App or its systems, including, without limitation, by using any robot, spider, or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, “scrape”, “data mine”, or in any way father App content without our prior written consent.

You acknowledge that: (i) all intellectual property rights in and to the App belong to MAGNIJOBS PLATFORM LIMITED, or their licensors, (ii) the rights granted herein are licensed (not sold) to you, and (iii) you have no rights in, or to, the App or its content other than the right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos are proprietary to MAGNIJOBS PLATFORM LIMITED, or used by it with the permission of its third-party providers. Nothing contained in this App should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this website without our written permission.

We reserve the right, temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App without any notice for any reason without liability to you, except where prohibited by applicable law. You also acknowledge that the App is provided over the Internet and mobile networks and thus the quality and availability of the App may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control. Therefore, we do not accept any responsibility for connectivity issues that you may experience when using the App.

Subscription Policy: The subscriptions are on a monthly basis. All users must pay the monthly fee in order to have access to the App, and will receive a notice to renew their subscription. All users must have a subscription in good standing to begin the candidate recruitment process.

Recruitment Process: The client agrees that it will not attempt to contact any applicants outside of the App and will not ask for any contact information from the candidate(s). The client agrees that it will request the applicant for any and all documentation and references and that it will contact the candidate to set up an interview through the App.
